The majority of Administrative Fellows accept a position at UCSF Health after their fellowship and have continued to evolve in their post-fellowship roles.
Based on personal preference and interest, program alumni have pursued individual contributor or managerial roles post-fellowship. They work across different areas and departments within the health system ranging from population health to operations to strategy.
